Villa Brivo is a modern and elegantly furnished accommodation located in the rural heart of Sencelles, Mallorca. This cosy villa is designed to offer a perfect holiday experience for families and groups of up to 6 people.
With 160 square metres of interior space and a plot of 7000 square metres, the villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms including 2 double beds and 2 single beds. One bedroom is located on the first floor. It has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bathtub, ensuring the comfort of all guests.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. The living area has a television with channels in Spanish, English and German, and satellite TV services.
The exterior of the villa is a true paradise. It features a private terrace of 80 square metres, garden, garden furniture, barbecue and a private swimming pool of 8x4 metres. The plot is fenced, offering privacy and security.
The location is ideal, just 4 km from the town of Sencelles, with nearby supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The beaches of Muro and Son Serra de Marina are about 35 km away, and Son Sant Joan airport is at the same distance.
Additional features include air conditioning throughout the property, central heating, WiFi, iron, radio and DVD player. Please note that pets and groups of young people are not allowed.

All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
Important note about electricity consumption:
Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.
An electricity consumption charge of 0.41 Eur/kwh will be applied, to be paid at the end of the stay.

To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.
In Mallorca, especially in rural areas or near nature, the presence of insects such as mosquitoes, ants or wasps is common. This is a natural and common phenomenon on the island.
Sencelles has the basic services necessary for a comfortable stay, while maintaining its quiet and local character. The village has a supermarket, bakeries, bars and restaurants, as well as a pharmacy, health centre, cash machine and nearby petrol station. There are also small local shops and a weekly market where local products can be found. Its central location also allows easy road access to other villages and different points of the island.
