The fully equipped kitchen and dining room are the perfect place to prepare your favorite meals and drinks and enjoy them with your loved ones, dining under chandeliers with a view of the beautiful pool and garden area. You can choose whether to keep the large sliding glass doors open or closed to enjoy a cool, air-conditioned room.


A beautiful, green outdoor space with a pool, wooden deck, and lounge chairs is ready for you to enjoy your day in the sun or shade! The outdoor lounge is perfect for gathering, playing games, or enjoying an afternoon snack. You’ll love the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful garden in the heart of bustling Seminyak, just a short walk from popular beach clubs, shops, and restaurants.

Our staff comes daily to clean the villa for you. They can also prepare a fresh breakfast at the villa; please notify the manager at least one day in advance. A private chef can also be hired to prepare lunch or dinner; please ask our manager for options and prices.
The manager will also assist you with any questions or requests that may arise during your stay. He can help arrange car/scooter rentals, day trips, massages, restaurant reservations, taxi rides, laundry services, and more. Please feel free to contact him.

-A: Please note that the default check-in time is 3:00 PM. Arriving earlier? No problem—we’ll help you drop off your luggage first and start exploring the area while you wait for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check-in, we’ll try to accommodate you, but we can’t guarantee it, as it depends on the villa’s availability.

- Q: What time is check-out?
- A: Our standard check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., an additional fee of 50% of the villa’s daily rate will apply. Any check-out after 3:00 PM will be charged at the villa’s full daily rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.

- Q: Could I have a butler or a personal chef to cook for me so I can dine in the villa?
- A: Breakfast is not included, but a menu is available in the villa. Simply let your personal butler know one day in advance.
