Stunning Villa with Pool next to the Beach

Roll up bamboo blinds first thing in the morning for a day of relaxing indoor-outdoor tropical living. Work up an appetite with a few lengths in the pool, dine al fresco at a table for eight, and doze off while swaying gently in a hanging chair.

The space
The villa has an elegant design with 5 self-contained ensuite bedrooms accommodating up to 12 people comfortably with the possibility of extra beds.
The charming villa is nestled around a large outdoor swimming pool (13*4*1.5m). It is ideally located in a calm and secure area of Oberoi, the fashionable district of Seminyak with a lot of Cafes, Shops and Restaurants in walking distance.

Located in one of the best and hype areas of the island and just 300m from the beautiful beach of Seminyak, you can enjoy your holiday at your own speed. You will enjoy a large range of fashion shops, bars and fine restaurants just steps away - without the noise of the busy street life.
You will reach some of Bali's most popular venues in minutes: La Favela, KuDeTa, Potato Head, Cafe Bali, W Hotel and Bar, Batik.

Entirely redesigned, the Villa's architecture and interior design combines both modern and traditional balinese design with natural wooden elements.

This villa is the perfect getaway for both families or friends. The spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are securing your privacy while the large and comfortable common areas provide the perfect space to socialise and enjoy the sunday life with your relatives.

Enjoy the relaxing time around the pool area, drinks in the lounge or an evening preparing fresh food in the fully equipped kitchen.

**Car parking is not available at the villa. There is only space for scooters.**

This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there's no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze

*Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life.

If there's anything we forgot to mention, feel free to ask. We will probably be able to help!

Our team will always try its best to make your holiday unforgettable.
We can arrange your airport transfer with our driver for a reasonable fee. This will help make your arrival to the island of the gods as smooth as possible.

Note, the villa is fully licensed and legal (Pondok Wisata) and insured to receive guests.

FAQs

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in from 8 PM is charged IDR 200k. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons.

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them.

- Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa?
- A: Breakfast is not included in the nightly rate. However a menu with different options is available at the villa for you to choose from if needed. We will be happy to help you arrange all kinds of services. Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you. Kindly note that your butler is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day.
Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
- A : This villa is for 10 people, but the maximum capacity is for 12 people which means that the 11th and 12th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be USD25/night/person from 2 years old.
