Villa Kaja is located in the heart of Seminyak, between the traffic and the hustle on the street, you will find a tall gate opening a door to a humble and serene Balinese traditional hospitality.

While not many villa in Bali often open its doors for pet and animal lovers, Villa Kaja is a sanctuary for them to play around in a grass within expert caretaker in-house
The space
While entering the villa you will find the main garden decorated with tall trees and endless plants which gives the garden a ‘jugle’atmosphere. In this area, you also have the swimming pool with brand new wood deck alongside and outdoor showers for a fun day in the sun. Everything is made for a perfect relaxing time in sun lounges with enough sunshine in summer day. You will see wood handcrafts here and there, scaterred purposely for aesthetic theraphy for your eyes.

Behind those tall tress, meet the in-house pets; Momo the beaver, Gihat and Angel the indoor dogs, Speedy the turtle, Gemuk the iguana, and a home parrot. These cute and lovely occupants welcomes you while entering the house and will playfully available for you all day until the caretaker put them in their cages at nights.

At the junction with the pool and wood deck is the lounge and living room area, a spacious semi-open space. Living area provides a large sofa, flat screen and small table while the kitchen is fully equipped and leads to another spacious dining room. The water is filtered and safe to drink, one of the most rare benefit you can find in other private villas.

The stairs will bring you to the second floor while you’ll see two other bedrooms and open air lounge. You will appreciate the large balcony and garden view from above with comfortable couches and mini bar for your favorite drink time of the day.
