LOCATION! We are 5-10' walk to the beach/Potato Head Beach Club & W retreat ; 10' for groceries ; 5-10' to "food" street.

The villa is a combination of Modern style and Balinese design which exudes comfort in a tropical setting at its best. The semi-open living area with a tropical garden around the sundeck and turquoise pool also compliments the villas special feature. We have locks on door to give you extra protection at night.

The villa has 2 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, air-conditioned climate control, wardrobe area and personal safety box for your items. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. 2 fold-able beds can be provided if there are more than 4 person in the villa to host up to 6 person in total comfortably. The villa is fully furnished with brand new hand-picked furniture and a fully equipped American kitchen at your disposal for your culinary endeavor. The villa also boasts a big living room and dining area, TV with DVD player and a wonderful swimming pool that tempts you in for a dip as soon as you enter the property! We also have a laid back sundeck with bean bags for all your lounging and sunbathing needs. The villa is compact but laid out in such a way as to maximize the space and comfort, allowing in plenty of natural light.

You will be pleased to know that FREE Wi-Fi service is available in the entire villa as well as TV with DVD player. A daily maid service is also included in the rate and we are able to prepare breakfast on request for just the cost of Rp 60 000/pax. A free flow of drinkable mineral water throughout your stay is also available. We can arrange any kind of in-villa services or outdoor activities such as, scooter/car rental, baby sitter, spa on call, shopping of groceries on pre-arrival, airport pick-up, rafting, quad and many more can be easily arranged. Just need to inform us. There are many restaurants in the area and they can also do delivery if you would like to stay in for the day or night. Convenience at its best!

The guests can fully accessed the entire property at all times during their stay. Privately.

Upon confirmation of your booking, we will request for your email address number and provide you with our contact details as well to ensure easy communication and smooth stay.

The way from airport usually takes around 30 minutes (depending on traffic). If you are using our airport transfer service, the driver will meet you at the airport holding a sign with your name written on it. We will welcome you at the villa and give you a quick tour. We will be the one taking care of you during your stay so do not hesitate to contact us via the number and email provided if you have any request. Otherwise, if you don't need us, we will simply give you privacy and let you fully enjoy your trip in Bali. We are very easy-going, so do not hesitate to tell us what you prefer or need.

***We can arrange fully insured scooters with the range of Scoope, Nmax & Xmax. At the same time, we can also ensure you are well equipped by providing top case, surf rack, back rest, rain jacket, first aid kit, HP holder on the bike, new helmet all at an extra fee. WE can also arrange you a driving license valid for 1 month during your stay in Bali to ensure that all is smooth going. We also charge a small fee of Rp 150 000 from the supplier to deliver the bikes and take them once used.

Note that although the villa is originally equipped for 4 people, we can also host 2 extra persons for an extra charge of $20/night/person. Sleeping arrangement in that case will be a fold-able bed each. It shall be placed 1 per room as per needed. We can host maximum up to 6 person per villa. Towels will also be provided for them.

PS. We also have another identical villa next door (Villa Kahala 2) with a connecting door in the middle. You can rent both at the same time for up to 12 adults maximum with access to 4 bedrooms en-suite bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 fully equipped kitchen and 2 pools etc.

We are just a few minutes walk away from popular restaurants like The Butchers Club Burger (best burgers in town), The Holy Crab, Taco Casa, Smokehouse BBQ Bali, Merah Putih, Sarong etc. If this is not enough for you, the famous "food street" of Seminyak/Oberoi (Jl Kayu Aya) is just a couple of minutes away by motorbike or Taxi. You will find there a wide selection of the most notorious restaurants in Seminyak where you can discover delicious local specialties as well as international food: Ultimo, Rumours, Trattoria, Char Char Bar and Grill are some of the many restaurants you will find there and they are a delish!

Petitenget beach is also a short walk from the villa so you can enjoy spending the day there followed by beautiful sunsets in the trendy spots like Potato Head, W or even Mano Beach Restaurant and have a great lunch with view at La Lucciola(best Egg Benedict and Risotto in town) where the atmosphere, the music, the drinks and the sunset view make them the perfect spots to end the day...

Need Groceries or some things? 10 minutes walk to Pepito supermarket.

You can pretty much find anything you need walking distance from the villa, such as a supermarket, money changer, pharmacy, spas, boutiques etc...
