The space
James Villa will make you feel like home in no time. The spacious indoor living area with a large dining and lounge area to relax and a fully equipped kitchen. There is enough space to relax with your family and friends during a sunny Bali day.

The villa contents with three-bedrooms consist of 2 bedrooms en-suite bathroom each has bathtub and one other bedroomwith a separate bathroom.
The living room come with TV cable and Free WiFi is provided in all areas of the villa.

This Villa living/common area is semi-indoor so there's no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability.
- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 12
:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 12:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them.
- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day.
- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.
