"The property is a bit old, however there are benefits with older ones. Room was larger than newer hotels, but most importantly it was clean, staff were very polite and friendly, and the location is best. The lobby was also spacious and very welcoming. "

"Dopo alcuni anni di assenza da Semarang sono tornato ed ho scelto il Grand Arkenso Hotel, ex Hotel Horison,hotel che ho sempre frequentato. Non ho trovato nulla di cambiato, a parte il nome. Molto cortesi alla reception; essendo arrivato prima dell'orario di check-in mi avrebbero dato una camera fumatori, ma ho aspettato un po' e mi hanno dato un camera anche con upgrade. Aveva infatti un bel divano ed era molto grande. Sempre ottima la colazione, molto varia e la piscina è sempre uno...

"It's a new hotel with good facilities and efficient staff, respond quickly.The only problem i have is the noise that can burst into my eardrum by the loud music from Simpang Lima Events held during the night till almost midnight of my last night stay.For 3 star hotel it's well done Ibis Styles Simpang Lima.Will be coming back.
