The house has 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite, the other is an outside bathroom. The well equipped kitchen is open to the living - dining room, it also has air conditioning, a fireplace and satellite TV. Typical majorcan elements, such as the wooden beams, provide a special charm and comfort. Thanks to the central heating in this house it is also possible to spend unforgettable holidays in winter.



We must highlight the generous exteriors, the garden with lawns, trees and lots of vegetation. The pool measures 10 x 5 m, an extraordinary size.

From the pool or from the loungers you can enjoy panoramic views of the mountains. Afterwards, guests can prepare delicacies on the brick grill and enjoy meals on the furnished terrace.



Selva is a beautiful and peaceful village at the foot of the mountain. The Gothic church stands out and is like a symbol of the village. In the square you can have a coffee and try an ensaimada. It is worth visiting other beautiful mountain villages, such as Caimari with its oil mill or the caves of Campanet. For this reason, Selva is a good starting point for excursions to the Tramuntana area. If you are once looking for less tranquility, you can go to Inca with its shops and restaurants in just a few minutes by car.
