The romantic and cosy Mallorcan stone villa with an exceptionally beautiful exterior, with terrace, swimming pool, large solarium with sunbeds and a magnificent jacuzzi and several seating areas, makes it truly unique and special at the same time.

Mateu, the owner of the villa takes care of every corner of the garden, the plants flourish everywhere, the picturesque corners invite you to spend some relaxing time. The covered terrace is a nice place directly overlooking the garden. It has a beautiful table for breakfast in good company or dinner with a good bottle of Mallorcan wine such as ‘Can Coleto’ and the village of Selva in the background.

You will be able to access from the terrace to the kitchen, which is really practical to take out the snack or dinner, which is fully equipped with electric kettle, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, among other of the many options.

In conjunction with the open kitchen you can access the well-furnished and well-equipped living room, where you will find a comfortable sofa, several armchairs, situated near the television, a grand piano that you can play in style, among many other things.

Thanks to the large natural stone structure typical of Mallorca, the temperature in the villa is pleasant even on the hottest days of the year.

The location of the house is absolutely idyllic, for travellers who want to explore the whole of Majorca, thanks to its location it will allow them to travel all over the island with ease. If you are looking for peace and quiet, if you like cycling and want to organize routes through the Serra de Tramuntana less than 10 km away or even if you are looking to go to the beach, the distance is 25 km to the white sandy beach of Alcudia.

Selva is a perfect place for cyclists and hikers, there are many routes nearby, or for families looking for a quiet holiday in a place from where they can easily visit all the corners of the island. Every Wednesday in Selva you can shop at the weekly market, where you can buy fresh produce to prepare delicious meals.

In Selva there are shops and restaurants and Inca, known as the city of shoes and leather, is only 10 minutes away by car. The famous beaches of Playas de Muro and Can Picafort are only 30 minutes away by car, where you can enjoy the pleasure of bathing in the Mediterranean Sea on the long sandy beaches.

Electricity in this house will be charged separately according to actual consumption and meter reading on departure. Electricity consumption will be deducted from the deposit (0,35 Euro / kWh).

From May to October, it costs 2.2 Euro per person, from 16 years old and over, per night.
From November to April, it costs 0.55 Euro per person, from 16 years old and over, per night.
