Villa Sofia is located between the nice villages of Selva and Moscari, it offers a stunning sea view towards the Tramuntana mountains and the bay of Alcudia.
The area is perfect for a walk in the 20 hectars of vineyard and Mediterranean gardens or a bike tour, hiking in the nature and relax on the beach.

The outsides space are developed around the pergola , the heated saltwater pool 10 x4,7 mt, 180cm deep, the big wood deck with sunbeds, an outdoor shower, and the barbecue area with wood oven, to spend moments with family and friends and have a dinner outside.
For adults and kids is available a tennis table a basketball hoop and a tennis court, shared with the adjacent Villa Bajenèa , this two property can be rent together, they are inside the same land, to arrive up 20 guests, the ideal place for big family and groups of friends who love spend time in the nature.

Moving inside, Villa xxx is well furnished with all the comforts, on the first floor a big open space host the living room with sofas, a TV the fireplace, the dining area with table and chairs and the fully equipped kitchen. A second lounge rooms includes a cinema with 4k projector screen, guest will appreciate also a pool table.

All the 5 bedrooms very spacious and brights, has two single beds, excellent quality of linen, air conditioning, dressing room and en suite bathroom. Some provides also a TV, safe and an office area with desk and chair.

The Villa is equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating, to ensure a relaxing and comfortable holidays in any season.
