The spacious finca “Sa Mina” is located in the countryside near Selva, in the beautiful island Mallorca, and it is the perfect accommodation to enjoy a relaxed holiday surrounded by nature. The 360m2 holiday home consists of a cozy living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms (3 with 2 single beds each, 3 with a double bed), as well as 6 bathrooms and 2 additional toilets, and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer and satellite television. A baby cot and a highchair can also be provided upon request. The finca also offers a beautiful outdoor area with views over the mountains where you will find a garden, furnished terraces (covered/uncovered) where you can start the day with a wholesome breakfast, a generous pool where you can cool off and relax on warm summer days, and even a barbecue ideal to prepare delicious meals. You will find the closest shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in Selva (5 minutes driving, 2.5km) and Mancor del Valle (6 minutes by car, 3.1km), while the closest beach, Platja de Santa Margalida, can be reached after 33 minutes driving (30.6km). The capital of the island, the charming city Palma de Mallorca, is worth a visit and awaits you just a 30-minute drive away (32.4km). The airport is also in Palma de Mallorca, and it can be reached after 34 minutes driving (40.5km).



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The property charges a fee for the use of electricity. There is an extra daily charge for heating in winter.
