This wonderful house has a peculiarity and this is, that as it is located only 300 metres from the centre of the village, it is characterised the the peace of the countryside but, at the same time, you won't be isolated and will have all services within reach. The exterior area is very beautiful and well cared, full of joy. The chlorine pool sizes 8 x 3 metres and the depth goes from 1.5 to 1.8 metres. The pool is the place not only to swim but also to sunbathe on one of the 6 sun loungers or read a book under the thatched sunshade with a fully paradisaical style. Lovers of grilled meats and vegetables find their place at the great exterior barbecue together with a covered area to have lunch all together. In front of the house there isa second rustic styled table also available.

On the ground floor, there is a beautiful living-dining room, which is very comfortable to relax while watching satellite TV on the sofas and armchairs; a large traditional kitchen with ceramic hob; a bathroom with shower, a toilet and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. At the top of the stairs, you will find a third bedroom with two single beds and access to a terrace, and a bathroom with bathtub. The room is equipped with AC. All bedrooms have a wardrobe, a place for a cot and a high chair, and a fan. There is a laundry room with ironing board, iron and washing machine.

Moscari is a little village on the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. It is ideal to come to know the traditions of the locals and for hiking and nature lovers, because it is a good starting point for biking and hiking excursions. After a long morning tour, we recommend you to stop and have lunch at the restaurant Sa Plaça. If you feel like going to the beach, the nearest beach is Port de Pollensa, with crystalline waters. But we also invite you to discover other beaches and coves in the area. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
