The interior design of the Villa Lena holiday apartment, Apt. 7, is inspired by traditional seaside resort architecture.

The color and design of the high-quality fitted kitchen blend seamlessly into the apartment's style. The living room and bedroom are equipped with wall-mounted white HD televisions.

The apartment is heated by underfloor heating. You have access to a garage parking space (for cars up to 1.80 m in height), from which you can take the elevator directly to the apartment. Floor-to-ceiling windows and cream-colored Sylt furniture complete the light and airy style. The comfortable bed is at a pleasant height, and the built-in wardrobe offers ample storage space.

The bathroom features an open, walk-in shower, allowing for easy movement. From the living and dining room and the sunny south-facing balcony, you have a direct view of the charming and architecturally impressive Wilhelmstrasse. A bakery is located in the building, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast and exceptionally good homemade cakes and pastries.
