The modern and beautifully equipped holiday home (85 sqm, 4 - 5 guests, 4 stars according to DTV) is quiet. It has on the ground floor a living room with flat screen TV, music system, DVD player, tiled fireplace, sitting area, dining table and a kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. Next to the hall you can reach the first bathroom with shower and toilet and the sauna behind it for about 3 guests.   A staircase takes you to the upper floor. Here are the second bathroom with bath and toilet, a bedroom with double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, wardrobe and another large bedroom with two separate beds. Here, if necessary, a travel cot or an extra bed can be set up.   Upon arrival, the beds are of course already with linen. Towels are available on request for a one-off fee of € 6.00 per guest, alternatively you can also bring your own. Child and baby services such as high chair and travel cot with linen are provided on request free of charge.   A sun terrace with a private beach chair and garden furniture invites you to linger in front of the living room.   A free DSL Internet connection is available, the parking space is located directly at the house, as well as the lockable storage for bicycles.   A washing machine is available in an outbuilding.   Small pets are welcome for an additional charge of 6 Euro per night!

Welcome to Haus Sonnenwinkel!   The house Sonnenwinkel in Ostseebad Sellin is a beautiful thatched cottage (4 stars to DTV), which is very well equipped and offers every comfort. From the house Sonnenwinkel - quiet and close to nature - it is only about 3 km to the fine sandy beaches on the Baltic Sea.   The holiday home was built in 2006 in the style of a Rügen farmhouse and is located in front of the beautiful Mönchgut peninsula in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve South-East Rügen. From here you have ideal opportunities for hiking in the adjacent Granitz with the beech forests, the Zickerschen Alps or along the miles of beaches.   The holiday home (with DSL Internet connection) offers 85 sqm for 4 to 5 guests and has a living room and two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and tub, a sun terrace with beach chair. In the house guests can use their own sauna and a fireplace.   Upon arrival, the beds are of course already with linen. Towels are available on request for a one-off fee of € 6.00 per guest, alternatively you can also bring your own. A detailed description can be found in the holiday home presentation. The house Sonnenwinkel includes a large Steuobstwiese, lawns and flower meadows, a swing, an old fishing boat, rabbits, chickens, cats, a bird aviary, a cottage garden, campfire and barbecue area and the nice host family Scheibe. In 2017, Haus Sonnenwinkel was renamed Landestourismusverband 4. Time as family-friendly vacation in MV- excellent.   But also old and young lovers can recover here for two, away from the daily hectic, very good.   On request, the visit to a ***** hotel wellness area with sauna area and 25m swimming pool can be booked on site! Parking spaces are sufficiently available on the property.   For your brought bikes is a garaging available. The bus stop for public transport is only about 1,500 meters away.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
