The living area is approximately 88 m² and is suitable for 2 to 4 adults plus 1 toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib. The bright and airy white coastal-style decor evokes the charm of the beautiful island of Rügen. A partially covered rooftop terrace and balcony (south/southwest-facing) invite you to relax and feature lounge chairs, a balcony table, and 4 balcony chairs with cushions. The KLAFS sauna in the Baltica apartment, featuring an under-bench heating system as well as individually adjustable humidity and temperature (sanarium), offers you pure relaxation even on cold days. The hallway/entryway features a coat rack, mirror, and storage space. The combined living and dining area is equipped with a high-quality wooden kitchenette in a new country house style. The kitchenette includes a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, SodaStream, Teamat, coffee maker, Senseo coffee pod machine, toaster, electric kettle, hand mixer, and various kitchen utensils. The adjoining dining area features a wooden table with comfortable cantilever chairs. A tastefully decorated living area with a couch, armchair, coffee table, reading lamp, display cabinet, an OLED smart TV, a stereo system with a CD player, an extensive library, and a collection of games rounds out the space. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x 0.90 m x 2.00 m), 2 nightstands, a wardrobe, and an OLED smart TV.
