The apartment is furnished to a high standard and with loving attention to detail, offering approximately 58 square meters of space for two people and a dog. It is located on the ground floor and is accessible without stairs. It boasts a light-filled living room and a sunny, furnished south-facing terrace, where you can start or end your day in style. You will sleep in the separate bedroom in a king-size box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) with a comfortable entry height, a spacious wardrobe for your clothes, and a flat-screen TV.
...] In the living room, you'll find a large box-spring sofa that converts into a bed, a comfortable seating area, two flat-screen TVs, satellite TV, a Blu-ray player, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped separate kitchen with a four-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishes, and much more. A comfortable bathroom with a large shower, toilet, heated towel rail, underfloor heating, and hairdryer is also at your disposal.

Covered parking and a lockable storage area for bicycles or strollers are located directly next to the carport.

A lovely sauna is located in the house and can be used by all guests (for a fee).

The washing machine and dryer in the neighboring building can also be used (for a fee).
