The holiday apartment in Haus Göhren is located in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Sellin on the island of Rügen and offers 44 m² of living space for up to three people. It is situated on the third floor of the Seepark Sellin holiday complex, just 900 meters from the fine sandy beach and Lake Sellin. Shops and bakeries are within easy walking distance.

The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and blackout curtains, as well as a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed. An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster is also provided. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Free Wi-Fi, a television, and initial bed linens are included for added comfort. The southeast-facing balcony, furnished with seating, invites you to relax.

As a special highlight, guests enjoy free daily access to the swimming pool at the AHOI Water Park & Adventure World for up to three hours (except during certain seasonal periods). From Easter 2026, a modern fitness area will also be available free of charge, offering opportunities for active recreation.

The complex includes a bicycle storage room and a children's playground. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.

A security deposit of €200 is required for your stay and will be refunded upon departure.
