Located on the second floor of the well-maintained Seepark Sellin holiday complex, it boasts a quiet yet central location: the Baltic Sea, the fine sandy beach, and the idyllic Sellin Lake are just 900 meters away, while a bakery and shops are within easy walking distance.

The apartment features a comfortable combined living and sleeping area with a sofa bed and blackout curtains, ensuring a relaxing stay. Free Wi-Fi, a television, and complimentary bed linens are provided for added comfort. The practical kitchenette is fully equipped, including a coffee maker and toaster, allowing for easy self-catering. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and hairdryer.
