Located in Haus Baltic – just 100 meters from the magnificent Wilhelmstrasse and thus close to the vibrant center of Sellin – this bright and well-maintained vacation apartment awaits you. The 33 m² apartment offers everything two people need for a relaxing holiday.

The comfortable living/sleeping area features a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) with a box-spring mattress and a modern sliding-door wardrobe with a mirror. A 32" LED TV provides entertainment for cozy evenings. The integrated kitchenette is fully equipped for your stay: refrigerator, oven, microwave, four-burner cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and a dining area.

Enjoy your breakfast al fresco on the sunny south-facing balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, or unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day. The apartment also includes a hallway with a wardrobe, a modern shower room with toilet, and a practical storage room. An elevator is available in the building.

Maximum occupancy: 2 adults plus a baby in the parents' bed.

A parking space in the underground garage of the building opposite can be booked additionally.

The Haus Baltic, built in 1996 in the style of historic seaside resort architecture, offers an excellent location: only about 100 meters from the popular Wilhelmstraße promenade and about 400 meters from the fine sandy main beach with the famous Sellin pier. The larger South Beach can be easily reached by the resort train (approx. 1000 meters). A large indoor swimming pool is about 800 meters away. The idyllic Granitz beech forest begins directly behind the building – ideal for walks and bike rides.

Perfect for couples – and equally ideal for those traveling together:
If needed, you can also book the directly adjacent apartments "Ankerplatz 8" and "Ankerplatz 10" in the same building. This way you can spend your vacation together – and still enjoy sufficient privacy.
