This apartment (42 square meters) located in the basement of the main house is modern and friendly furnished and has a separate entrance to the apartment. They can accommodate four guests, a small travel cot can be placed on request here additionally. The living room has a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps, a seating area with table and chairs and flat-screen TV and radio. The bedroom has another double bed. Through the use of wood and warm colors, we have succeeded here to create a pleasant ambience in which you will feel comfortable. Of course, this Holiday a bathroom with shower and toilet and a small kitchen with a dining table and chairs. Kitchen facilities include stove, sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. To this apartment belongs also equipped with comfortable garden furniture terrace. Here you can enjoy balmy summer evenings or organize a cozy barbecue with the grill provided by us.   On your arrival, the beds are of course already covered with linen, your towels, we ask you to bring your own. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Welcome to the Haus Sonnenschein!Our house is located in the famous Sellin, amid the UNESCO-Bisosphärenreservat South-East Rügen, about 0.5 km from the lake Sellin.  The sandy beach with its famous pier is only a few minutes. Numerous cycling and walking routes in the immediate vicinity in the beech forests of Granitz and the idyllic Mönchgut. Also in Sellin is the leisure pool Inselparadies which of course is open all year for you. For Haus Sonnenschein include three different, modern and tastefully furnished apartments for 2 to 5 guests (with shower / toilet, kitchenette). This feature separate apartment entrances. On the property there is a small meadow, trees and a terrace with garden furniture that can be used by guests. Here is also a barbecue. We are happy to provide you with bicycles for hire. At the house, guests will have free parking and bicycle storage facilities are available. A public transport stop is just a few meters away.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 06:00 to 09:00.
