"The property is beautifully located in a very tranquil hamlet. At the moment the house and garden are not being maintained adequately. During our stay we had no hot water for the first few days and the internet connection that was advertised was not available. Het zwembad is niet alleen groot maar wordt ook bijzonder goed schoongehouden. Het contact met de verhuurder Vicenzo is uitstekend. Een absolute aanrader. "There was 7 of us that stayed here at the end of June into July for 10 nights. This is better than the pictures show, the location was fantastic (you will ideally need a car to see Tuscany if not Arezzo train station has good links and is about 15 minute taxi journey away). "Our hosts were very gracious and concerned that we had all we needed for a good stay. They even brought us a basket of vegetables from which we made a great soup. We loved the peace and quiet of the area and the views as the daylight changed. So good to have a wash machine and a place to easily dry clothes. This beautiful traditional old Tuscan villa has all the amenities needed for modern life. "
