The ideal capacity of the villa is 8, with a maximum of 10 guests that have 4 bedrooms with double beds and two comfortable sofa beds at their disposal. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has an ensuite bathroom - 3 bedrooms with bathrooms are located on the ground floor and 1 bedroom with a bathroom is upstairs. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with 8 seats and a living room with SAT-TV and sea views. Completely renovated in 2009, this stone house offers a true traditional spirit featuring elegant massive furniture, carefully preserved details and the rustic design.



You can enjoy the beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea on the terrace with an outdoor table and a charcoal grill suitable for preparing delicious meals. The exterior of the house is even more beautiful featuring exquisite garden with Mediterranean plants, spices and palm trees and a 24 m2 swimming pool with 6 sun beds ideal for lounging. You can entertain yourself by playing table tennis or chess, and it's good to know that the villa is fully fenced.
