Seafront vacation house with JACUZZI, 5 meters from beach

The house is located at center of a quiet fisherman and touristic village. It is just 5 meters away from the sea and the beach, and 30 meters away from the nearest restaurant, market or coffee bar. The house has a large courtyard in which you can sit and enjoy great sunsets while gazing upon the whole village and beautiful bay in which the village is located.

The house is for 9 persons, on first floor there are three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room with eating table and a balcony. On the ground floor there is one bedroom, bathroom, living room with big sofa for 2 people and there is also a big kitchen with big eating table.

The whole house is made of stone and combining that with modern technology provides an excellent ambient for a great vacation.

In front of the house there is a big barbecue place and a big table that you can use all the time. Right next to them there is a big garden filled with lemon, tangerine and orange trees and vines that provide with enough shades during the day and fruits rich with flavor that you can pick freely.

Next to barbecue place there is big Jacuzzi that is on your disposal :)

The village is connected with Makarska via car ferry, as well is a nearby town Supetar connected with Split. The apartment is just 100 meters from the port location. Also there is a road that connects the entire island which you can use to tour the island by taking a car in local rent a car.

Close proximity to the beach and clear sea, peace and quiet in the middle of the village, lots of restaurants and coffee bars nearby, unique local food, easy accessibility by car from Makarska or Split make this place a unique spot to spend your vacation!
