The ground floor of the Luxury Sea Side Villa Exclusive Palazzo di Mare has a spacious bedroom with a king size bed, single bed and bathroom, making it perfect for a family accommodation. However, the most attractive part of this area is a spacious facility made up of the main kitchen with bar counter and chairs, dining room with a dining set and a living room.

Stone steps lead to the entrance of the Villa on the mezzanine level, which contains 3 luxurious bedrooms with king size beds, additional modern sofas and bathrooms.

There are also 3 spacious living rooms, and all the rooms on this floor have direct access to beautiful and spacious stone terraces with outdoor furniture, and one of them also has table tennis.

The first floor of Luxury Sea Side Villa Exclusive Palazzo di Mare is a penthouse and consists of 2 bedrooms with king size beds, one of which has an extra single bed, and 2 bathrooms, with a bathtub. In this part of the villa, there are also a kitchenette and sitting room and library of DVD movies. This last floor of the villa has 2 terraces, where you can find your own getaway from all the curious looks.
