Our NEW TO THE MARKET beautiful end unit townhouse is located in an area of Selbyville that is considered WEST FENWICK due to its close proximity to the beaches. It is just 3 miles from the beautiful quiet beach of Fenwick Island and the Freeman Stage Arts Pavilion, or a short drive to the bustle of Ocean City beaches or Sports at the Beach baseball!

The light-filled end unit townhouse is an open concept floor plan with a blue coastal design. It can sleep up to 10, with 3-doored bedrooms and a large loft area with a queen pullout. First floor has a half bath, large living room with a sectional and flat screen tv, workspace desk, dining area with a table, breakfast bar, kitchen island and pantry. The large downstairs master bedroom has an adjoining en-suite bathroom. A modern kitchen has stainless steel wall ovens, dishwasher, cooktop, and large refrigerator with ice maker. You have full use of the garage for storage of all your beach vacation necessities. The tranquil screened porch overlooks a peaceful wooded view and a propane grill is provided for grilling.
Upstairs you will find a full bath with a shower/tub combo, and another workspace desk area. There is also a large open loft with a queen pullout couch. Two other large bedrooms round out the second floor, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds and twin over twin bunk beds.
