The lodge consists of a large open plan living, kitchen and dining space, a luxury tiled bathroom with a walk in shower and 2 bedrooms.

The kitchen area is well equipped for a guest to cook a basic meal, with all the electrical appliances you should need including a dishwasher, oven and hob, kettle and toaster. air fryer anmd coffee machinne. Following on from the kitchen dining table with seating for 4 guests. Offering the option to dine in, or dine out at one of the delicious local restaurants.

The living space provides a comfortable sofa overlooking the Smart 55 inch Tv.


Both bedrooms offer king sized beds for your use. Each bedroom has clothes storage space and hotel quality bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.

The stunning outside area offers a spacious Patio area, overlooking the lake with a fire pit and bbq. With outdoor chairs and a luxury 4 seater hot tub.

The lodge park itself offers a peaceful and scenic setting to base your stay. The surrounding area offers a number of delicious restaurants, along side being just a 15 minute drive away from York's Designer Shopping outlet and just a 25 minute drive away from the historic City of York.
