The property is located in the center of Selargius, a town that is about 6.5 km from the city center of Cagliari and which is served by all the main services such as bars, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment is located in Selargius, part of the metropolitan area of ​​Cagliari. Only 6.5 km from the city center of Cagliari. An area equipped with all essential services: transport, shops, bars, supermarkets.

Not to be missed is the Poetto Beach (8.1 km), which is both the largest city beach and the most popular, easily reachable also by public transport. The other noteworthy beaches are those of Sant'Andrea, Flumini, Capitana, Is Mortorius, Terra Mala, Cala Regina, Murtaucci or Is Canaleddus, Mari Pintau or Portu sa Traia, Kal'e Moru and Geremeas. The beaches of Murtaucci and Poetto have also been awarded the Blue Flag.

In addition, we recommend visiting Quartuccio, Quartu Sant'Elena, Monserrato, and San Giuliano.

- Don Gennaro (restaurant): 11 minutes on foot;

- Felix Bar: 3 minutes on foot;

- Market Crimea: 8 minutes on foot.



-From Cagliari Elmas Mario Mameli airport: you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train from the Elmas Airport Terminal to the Cagliari stop, then continue with bus no. 30 to the Gallus (fronte Torre) stop, just 800 meters from the apartment.

Alternatively, you can take a taxi (journey time approximately 28 minutes).



-From Cagliari Centrale station, walk (400 meters) to the Cagliari Autostazione ARST stop and take bus no. 107 to the Selargius Via Roma-Sant'Antonio stop, a 4-minute walk from the property;



-For those traveling by car: you can park for free (NOT GUARANTEED) on the street near the property, or you can park on the street for a fee (blue stripes).
