"This hotel chain is my go to, wherever I go. I love it, the kids love it and let me tell you about the excellent type of customer service.You can expect; They serve breakfast and I love their sausage gravy and biscuit.But the chain I came to this time only serves it on Tuesday, the staff member overheard me saying something about it.And made some specifically for us.😍. Wonderful. This stay was with Hilton Express Lightfoot in Va. The entire staff deserves a specific shout out."

Só houve um pequeno senão: saímos do quarto, fizemos o check out; quando entrei no carro, percebi que havia esquecido agua e refrigerantes no frigobar. Voltei na recepção que me autorizou a subir para verificar. Ao chegar no quarto já havia uma arrumadeira, abri a geladeira e a mesma estava vazia, perguntei a ela sobre as coisas e ela disse que não tinha visto nada. The hotel itself had a bad smell and the room smelled like mildew. The water machine in the gym had hot water despite having a cold water dispenser, it did not work. The sauna had no light in it. It was not a comfortable stay when I went to the front desk to inquire about getting my room serviced with new sheets. I...

"First and last time crossing that threshold….2 absolutely shocking events take place within about an hour….we were in the room locked in with an extra kick stick barring the door. "I loved how it was right next to the Williamsburg Welcome Center. The rest of the Historic Triangle Area was within a 20 to 30 minute drive. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions I had. As a solo traveler I felt completely safe and comfortable.
