One thing to point out is that one bedroom only had bunk beds, but the pictures make it look like there are three regular sized beds. "Adorable house, perfect view, great location. We had the best time here. The shower head was not great, the wifi didn’t work (and wasn’t resolved during our stay) and the shoreline was very littered which is sad for such a beautiful place. The beach out front of the house was pristine though. The kayak is a bonus. Saw some rays off the dock. Best morning coffee spot ever!"

"Excellent place to relax and unwind. Sitting on the beach or taking the kayak out, all the sunshine you would want. The entire facility is clean and the house is modern. The "Placencia Sidewalk" begins at the beach house, so it was an easy stroll in to town for lunch and dinner. The host was excellent to communicate with and answer questions."
