"The kitchen needs a new frying pan. The existing one is in bad shape, hard to cook in and clean. Listing says there are 2 bikes to share, but when we asked mgmt company they said no. The main floor needs chairs, even beach chairs or something to sit in- maybe a bistro set. The place was cute and comfortable. We did not have to use the AC. We rented a golf cart to get around which worked out great. The price was reasonable. More direction on how to access the beach would be helpful since there...

"Excellent place to relax and unwind. Sitting on the beach or taking the kayak out, all the sunshine you would want. The entire facility is clean and the house is modern. The "Placencia Sidewalk" begins at the beach house, so it was an easy stroll in to town for lunch and dinner. The host was excellent to communicate with and answer questions."

Not really sure how they plan on parking for 4 cars as they are rebuilding the property fences. More than likely, golf carts only in the future. Anyway....EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! And you have resort access for 2 other places as well. This was one of the few places on the boardwalk we could park a car because we were passing though going south. These folks get 6 of 5...
