The flat is located in a semi-detached house on one floor on the ground floor and has an area of 90 m². Guests can devote themselves undisturbed to their relaxation and enjoy a comfortable, relaxing and affordable stay. The house can be reached via a cul-de-sac with little traffic and is located approx. 100 m from the neighbouring house.
