The Space:

The Bowie Street Retreat is the sun-filled main floor of a beautifully restored 1890s home in the heart of Seguin. Morning light pours through the original leaded glass windows, the wood floors have that authentic historic creak, and the porch is made for slow mornings. It's an easy escape for couples from Austin or San Antonio: walkable to downtown, quiet enough to truly unplug, and updated with modern comforts throughout.

Getting Around:

A car is best for day trips to the river, wineries and nearby towns, but downtown Seguin is easily walkable. EV drivers can charge for free overnight right in the driveway.
