We are located on a beautiful quiet lake in a very private setting. This is a place for relaxation, no parties. If you are a loud group this place isn't for you.

The Hemlock Bunkie is a 4 season open concept guest house equipped with heat and AC. Sleeps up to 4 guest, offering a rustic yet comfortable experience. It includes a two-piece bathroom, suitable for a couple's getaway.

- Dock is subject to seasonal operations, please message us if it’s available during your reservation.

- There is a solo stove fire pit, please bring it back up to the deck if you want to use it by the beach.

Security deposit: $0 for guests with a 5-star rating whose oldest guest is 30 or older, or guests with no reviews whose oldest guest is 45 or older. $1,000 for guests under 4.8 stars, a large group, or any mention of a party or event. $500 for everyone else. The deposit is set after team review of each booking. Refunds go out within 2 days of checkout once the clean is confirmed.

Do not enter or walk onto the neighboring properties, as they are privately owned and are not part of your rental. This includes using neighboring driveways, yards, docks, trails, or any other private areas unless specifically indicated in your booking information.

Please respect all property boundaries and any posted signs. Trespassing onto neighboring properties may result in complaints from neighbors and could lead to additional charges or the early termination of your reservation.
