Terrible service.
Basically this hotel lobby had no air con and being open door widely big dirty leaf and dust is flushing in. Room do have some smelly and no sanitizing. Worst is cleaner will open your door go in your room in morning even you not check out and indicated "Do not disturb". When i try to put this complaint to lobby the staff react like nothing, told me was accident that all her reaction. i dun see feeling sorry as i was shock by thier staff who rush into my room.

Very nice & comfort hotel in a small town.. Felt like stay in 4-5 star hotel.. Food was good & friendly staff.. Only the air conditioning in my room is not too good even already serviced by hotel technician..

Overall, is a worth of money stay!
In such a small town, I am pretty impressed by how the hotel was being maintained and they even have a swimming pool which kids enjoyed very much! The family suite we took was huge and able to accommodate at least 4 pax, since it comes with 1 Queen size bed and 2 single beds. Breakfast was decent, and nothing to complain. The only thing is lift is small, but since is a small hotel, i think is decent.

Better than expectation
We have booked 3 rooms for a total of 6 people. One room was described as 1 big queen bed plus 1 single bed. To our surprise, there were a total of 3 beds in the big room. The rooms and washrooms were clean. Not much choice for breakfast but still acceptable for a hotel in a small town. The swimming pool is very big and also out of our expectation. Front desk staff are very nice.

The Best Hotel in Segamat
Availability is good. I booked the room (a family room) a few hours prior to check-in. Room is a good standard. I was expecting beds for 3 adults in the room but was pleasantly surprised to find there are 4. Location is good as it is close to where I wanted to be for this visit. A good restaurant is nearby (Anjung Seafood). Onsite car parking is aplenty and easy to secure one. Buffet breakfast is good too with unique menu (lodeh) not found at other hotels. Common areas are well maintained. I think this is the only hotel in Segamat with a pool. I requested for a late check-out (30 minutes) and this was granted with compliment. Staff at the hotel are very friendly. Overall, I think this is the best hotel in Segamat.

We arrived late at night and check in was fast and uneventful. However, my daughter had hives the next day morning after sleeping on a makeshift bed in the family suite. We suspected that the mattress may not be clean. But there is no proof. The poor girl had to suffer the agony of hives for the next few days and it totally ruined her holiday.
