. Individual Living in the living room/ balcony with personal belongings and bedding in living room, one bedroom locked rented to others and had access to one bedroom only with 2 twin beds and a folding single bed, total 3 can sleep in room
. Did not feel safe in that situation and left the property
. Booked another stay last minute as advised by Vrbo...

Enfim só achei o check-out muito cedo, 10h da manha, sendo que a entrada e as 15h. o código para de funcionar apos esse horårio então cuidado pra não deixar...

"O hotel é simplesmente sensacional! Atendimento impecåvel. Fomos com nosso filho de 9 meses e atenderam todas as solicitaçÔes, inclusive ao fazer refeiçÔes para ele sem sal. O hotel fica no alto de uma montanha então o ideal é ter um carro para se locomover caso queira visitar Lucerna (20 minutos de carro do hotel), pois Uber quase não aceita corridas para o hotel. Apesar disto, a estrutura do hotel é sensacional! Comida muito boa, todos os funcionårios extremamente cordiais e dispostos a ajudar. Internet de alta qualidade, cama extremamente confortåvel, chuveiro com ótima pressão, enfim, tudo ótimo!"
