Charming property walking distance to everything in the area. Wonderful views from the balcony. it has everything you would need for your stay. I am coming back as soon as I can.

Would stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay here & recommend the space. It is just as advertised. The location & walkability was wonderful, as was the easy parking. The shower was quite spacious and the heater in the bathroom was a nice surprise (coming from warmer climate!). Window seat next to bed was nice as well. The fridge/freezer was larger than we anticipated for a small kitchen - easily fit all our groceries. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for sharing the space with us!

Perfection!
This room was the perfect size and location for our short trip! The convenience to restaurants and shopping was incredible! The design was great with a comfortable shared outdoor space. The views were amazing! We plan to stay here again!

Sedona Vacation
We had 3 nights in Sedona and everything was great. The property was as listed and a great location for various activities. Enjoyed the part that we could park at the property and just walk to stores, restaurants, etc. It made things so much easier. If we go back, would definitely look to stay here again. Thanks!

Great location
Perfect stay. Only few minute walk to uptown but very quiet and peaceful. Coffee and creamer were provided along with all necessary essentials. Very clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was a breeze. Rebecca is a great host. Had an issue with TV and she responded to my question immediately.

Comfortable and great location
This is an adorable little place so close to everything! Very clean, neatly decorated! Only request would be to make sure the little light over the lock box works, as it's very dark up there and the combination on the lock box is hard to read. Otherwise everything was flawless!

This is a lovely apartment in an excellent location. Everything is as described and we were very pleased. We had trouble connecting with the WiFi initially, (the emailed instructions didn’t match up), but the property manager helped us immediately. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance as well as shops for souvenirs. Location is within easy driving distance to the other little towns and attractions in the area. Highly recommend seeing the meteor crater, visiting Jerome and taking a ride on the Verde Canyon train. We loved this little apartment and will come back again, would like to see the other seasons here as well.

Walking distance to downtown Sedona
The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. There’s only one other room next to this one on the top floor, and it was vacant. There’s a shared covered patio looking over the mountains, although we didn’t use it due to the cool temperature. The only thing I’d change is the really small TV. It’s about 24”, but it sufficed. We’d stay here again.

As always a great place to stay!
I have stayed at The Rooms Upstair 3 times now. The room is always well prepared and stocked for my stay. Rebecca always is in touch prior to arrival with availability of the rooms. And at checkout to be sure everything was good. The Rooms upstairs are perfectly located for anyone who likes to hike, as there are trail located quite close by. It is only a few steps to some great restaurants and shops in Uptown. I will certainly be staying here again.

Great location and amazing place
Amazing room in an amazing place. The view from the patio and the room were amazing. I would definitely go back. Rebecca was very responsive and helpful. My only issue was the mattress wasn’t the best. Otherwise it was a perfect stay. This property and its location are fantastic.

Fun Wedding Weekend
What a great location! Just blocks from the cute old town of Sedona. This apartment has such a unique setting! Outdoor seating with a stunning view as well! Would definitely stay here again. The unit itself was very cute, clean and comfortable. The kitchen area was bigger than expected, it was nice to have breakfast there before heading out for the day.

We’ll Be Back!
What a neat spot to stay! It’s close to town, and yet quiet and private with fabulous outdoor space. With astounding views of surrounding red rock formations, there’s no doubt you’re in Sedona. And thank heavens for the small parking lot right there at the building. Sufficiently supplied small kitchen area. Spacious bathroom, but, heads-up, no handrails or grab bars in the tub/shower. Perfectly comfortable king-size bed allows for a great night’s sleep. Fun, pleasant, comfortable Southwest architecture… love the colors of the interior stucco walls and tile work.

The only place we’ll stay when we visit Sedona again!
The Rooms Upstairs are the perfect place to stay in Sedona. Walk 1 block and you’re in the middle of town. We had room #4 and it was perfect for us. It has so much room, a big porch (shared with only 1 other room), a kitchenette (with a large refrigerator), was spotless, and so cute. We have stayed in motels there lots of times but we will only stay here from now on!

Sweet Sedona Location
Our studio apartment was a “perfect setting” among mountain views and just a block from downtown main street with lots of restaurants and shops and night bars. Host Rebecca was accommodating and very efficient responding to inquiries… would do it again in a heartbeat!! Loved 89Agave for brunch and evening relaxing

Exactly as they promised...
We travel a lot and we're thrilled with a property when it matches the reviews ...and the owners description of it. Very clean. Close to restaurants and shops. Safe, we could walk eveywhere if we wanted to. Beautiful building on the outside. We would absolutely stay there again.

Sedona Magic
This was exactly as described. Small but very clean and had a WONDERFUL patio with a stunning view. The only thing that I wish it had had were a couple of comfy chairs inside to sit on. If it’s nice out, there is no issue, the porch is perfect. But if it rains ( like it did for us) we had to sit in small dining chairs or the bed. But otherwise it was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed ourselves immensely! Such a great location!! Comfy bed!!

Wonderful Stay
Our favorite place when visiting Sedona. Walking distance to Uptown Sedona, close to numerous shops and restaurants. The apartment is clean, large bathroom/shower, huge shared patio, very quiet, timely correspondence with landlord. We visit Sedona annually, and for the past 5 years we always stay at The Rooms Upstairs!! It fits us perfectly!

Loved this Room! Stayed solo 4 nights and it was perfect. Just a block from the main "tourist" section with food, drinks, stores, jeep tours, etc. Luxury towels, hair dryer, elegant sheets and plenty of k-cup coffee. Huge covered porch looking at the awesome red rocks. Little things like I locked my door key back into the "realtor" lock box when I left so I didn't have to keep it in my pocket. Not a purse type girl. Ha! Parking was convenient and safe.

Wonderful place to stay!
This rental was just wonderful! Check-in and check-out were simple and Rebecca thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The view from the room is amazing. Most importantly to us, the rental was clean and comfortable. There was a nice deck outside that provided a good place to sit and relax. I loved the window seat in the room with the pillows. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved it so much that we could have stayed longer and hopefully plan to next time. The property is a block off the main road and shops. We were able to walk down and eat dinner at Oaxca one night, too. Thank you, Rebecca, for such a beautiful relaxing start to our vacation. We look forward to returning someday!

Lovely Sedona Spot
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this downtown suite. It had everything we needed, and the location was great for walking all over uptown Sedona. I would highly recommend this property!

I originally booked this room for myself but the friend I was traveling with ended up with no place to stay since the place she booked was a disaster so she ended up staying with me. The room was clean, the King size bed was comfy, Shower had good flow, and we had everything we needed.

Great Sedona property! Excellent location for dining and shopping, and able to walk everywhere. Facility is just as listed - room is not huge, but all you need - great outdoor space with beautiful Mountain View’s.

Terrific location and always a comfy stay!
This is always my first choice when I am in Sedona. Either of the rooms are fantastic. You can't beat the location...easy walk to shops and restaurants, quiet, and safe. The rooms are comfy with great linens and plenty of room for relaxing, working, preparing simple meals...and did I mention the epic views from the common balcony area? Terrific. Off street parking is a real plus too! Rebecca is always great to work with too. I'll be back again soon!

A Room Above-Sedona
This room is perfect for us! We have stayed here and in Room 3 several times. It's walking distance to downtown Sedona and has private parking. It's always very clean. There's a small kitchen area with a table to eat at. The kitchen has all the basics, toaster, coffee pot, coffee, tea, dishes, silverware, everything we needed.

It was nice to have free parking onsite for our rental car as we planned on driving to the Grand Canyon one day. You can walk everywhere in the town from your room. Comfortable bed and very clean. Host responded quickly to messages. Check in and out was so simple.

Perfect place nestled in paradise
We loved The Room Upstairs. It is in a wonderful location. We went to Sedona to hike and it was centrally located to all hikes, and we could walk to great restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were the softest sheets ever. Also great shower, especially after long hikes.
