Bedroom 1 features a king bed, Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, Bedroom 3 offers another king bed, and Bedroom 4 includes two queen beds. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects two of the rooms, while the primary suite provides added privacy. Bedrooms are equipped with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, hangers, and clothing storage.

Step into a private backyard framed by red rock views. Enjoy the soothing hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or unwind in the hammock. The outdoor dining area, furniture, and BBQ grill make it easy to dine under open skies, with barbecue utensils ready for use. This is a very quiet neighborhood and the noise ordinance Sedona has in place is strictly enforced and monitored.
We have one security camera on the front porch, one facing the garage, and one facing the gate in the side yard. We also have a noise monitor to adhere to City of Sedona noise regulations, which records volume of sound and not actual sound.
Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.
