Welcome to Sedona! The Doodlebug House combines luxury, privacy, and stunning views. The house has a heated swimming pool (pool heating available for additional fee), spa, fireplace, firepit, 2 BBQ grills, putting green, covered cabana, gameroom with pool table, and stunning red rock views.

Location
The Doodlebug House is situated in the perfect location. The house is located on top of a hill in a very quiet, private neighborhood. Away from all the hustle and bustle yet just 2 miles from Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village.

Living Room
Enjoy stunning views from the living area! You have access to the outdoor deck where you will find a bbq grill, outdoor dining table, firepit, and plenty of seating. The living room has a 60” 4k smart TV with Blu-ray player. There is also a wood burning fireplace.

Dining Area
The dining area is very large and open to the living room and outdoor deck. Our dining table sits 8 people.

Kitchen
Our large kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is loaded with kitchenware. Also, great views from the kitchen. The kitchen has a 4 slice toaster, blender, microwave oven, coffee maker (Bonavita coffee maker, keurig, french press, Baratza burr grinder), a fully stocked pantry, salad bowls, wine glasses, cheese grater, electric water kettle, magic bullet, and much more. We provide gourmet coffee, teas, sugar, creamer, and sweetners. The pantry is loaded with a ton of condiments including jam, ketchup, mustard, soy sauce, tabasco sauce, sugar, splenda, stevia, plenty of spices, cooking oil, cooking spray, and much more.

Bedroom and Bathrooms
All bedrooms have Nest Bedding Alexander Signature Beds, 3 Cal Kings and 1 Queen size. We use top quality bedding from Brooklinen. Each bedroom has a 4k smart tv with all the channels including HBO and Showtime. Top quality towels are provided in each bathroom. Our bathrooms come with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash. Each bathroom comes with a blow dryer.

Bedroom #1: This bedroom is located on the bottom floor. It has 1 Cal King Bed and a 50” 4k smart tv. Bedroom 1 has it’s own private entryway and a full bathroom.

Bedroom #2: Room 2 is located on the main floor and has 1 queen bed. The room has a 50” 4k smart tv

Bedroom #3: This room is located on the main floor and has 1 Cal King Bed and a 50” 4k smart tv.

Bedroom #4: Bedroom 4 is the master bedroom and is located in the upper floor. This bedroom has its own full bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. There is a large outdoor balcony with great views.

All bathrooms come with shampoo, conditioner, and bath wash.
Bathroom 1: This full bathroom is located on the bottom floor in bedroom 1. It is a full bathroom with bathtub/shower.

Bathroom 2: This bathroom is located on the main floor just outside the 2 bedrooms. It is a full bathroom with bathtub/shower. The washer and dryer are also inside this bathroom.

Bathroom 3: This is the master bathroom. It has a walk in shower and separate bathtub. There is a double sink in this bathroom.

Bathroom 4: This is a small bathroom located next to the pool.

Game Room
60” 4k smart tv. 8ft Brunswick pool table.

Outdoor areas
The outdoor space on the property is really the highlight of the Doodlebug House.

Pool and hot tub: We provide plenty of pool toys, floaties, and life vests for the whole family to enjoy. The hot tub can accommodate 6 people comfortably. The pool is salt water.

BBQ area and covered cabana: The bbq area has a Weber Genesis 4 burner natural gas grill. There is a full size sink and refrigerator. There is also lounge seating and plenty of seating under the cabana.

Outdoor Decks
The property has 2 outdoor decks, one in the master bedroom and the other in the main living area. Amazing views from both decks. The main deck has a bbq grill and outdoor dining table with seating for 8. There is also a fire table and plenty of seating to take in the views.

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We will only book to those who respect the neighborhood and neighbors.
