Fully Stocked Kitchen – Whether you’re preparing a home-cooked meal or simply brewing your morning coffee, the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, spices, and a coffee station to elevate your experience.
Primary Bedroom – A king bed with premium linens and ample space to unwind, offering the perfect retreat after a day of exploring Sedona.
Second Bedroom – Another king bed, designed for restful sleep and ultimate comfort.
Third Bedroom – Featuring two queen beds, ideal for families or groups seeking both space and coziness.
Smart TVs in Every Bedroom – Whether you want to stream your favorite shows before bed or start your morning with the news, every bedroom is equipped with its own smart TV for added convenience.
Bathrooms – Thoughtfully designed with modern finishes and a luxurious rain shower to rejuvenate after a day of hiking.

Pool heating is included for no additional charge from March - October. Pool heating is available for an additional charge of $100/day between November - February. (3 Night minimum is required) Pool Heating Fee will be waived for thanksgiving booking - 25-26-27 November

Guests will have access to the entire property except for the locked garage and our cleaners storage closet.

We are not located on site but are available as needed.

This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am.

Absolutely no smoking inside. Smoking will result in a minimum fee of $1500 for deodorization.
