Nice hotel in a beautiful location. My only issue is with the execution of a pre arranged need that was supposed to be done but never was. My wife and I had 2 early morning excursions on 2 seperate days and we asked prior through email, if it would be possible to get anything to eat before we left for our excursion at 6 and 7am those days. We received a response email from Pierre that it would not be a problem and that they would give us a cold breakfast the evening before each day for us to take with. Well needless to say, we did not receive anything or hear anything from anyone about it. Breakfast is from 8am-9:30am every day, which is way too short of a time frame for guests in my opinion. Also the food selection is very limited, if you don't like the one option they offer each day, they only have one other option to choose from and that is the same every day. So the breakfast definitely needs some improvement as far as maybe extending the time to 7am-10am, since guests are going in and out from early on in the morning for hikes and excursions. Also improving the food selection is needed. The lack of communication was the major issue here and for the prices they charge, it should never be. Sedona is beautiful with amazing landscapes all around, coming back here is a definite, staying at this hotel again? Probably not, too many other nice hotels that you won't have to worry about communication or them following through on what they promise.
