"I had made a call prior to check in to request parking, advised to get there early and ask at desk. This was incorrect and there were no spaces available. At 15.12, after standing in a queue for over 15 mins I am told my room was not ready, the manager came out and was totally disinterested in me as a customer, but found one that would be in another 5 mins. "I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The staff were exceptional, friendly, helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I have to say a great big thank you to the chefs who really took care of my dietary needs with real kindness. I would recommend this lovely hotel in a perfect location and am planning my next visit."

"Direction by the hosts was spot on! Upon arrival we were a little early but as our room was ready they let us check in straight away. Staff were all super friendly and even offered to bring our bags in. Full guide or room was given. The room was beautiful and facilities were excellent including a mini fridge, milk (and oat milk for hubby), bottled water, handmade herbal tea selection, even umbrellas in the wardrobe incase it was wet! "Had a great weekend in lincoln, and our stay at Naam place was excellent, the house was so warm and cozy(I'd love to live here🤗) a very quiet place to relax and chill out.. It had everything you need and in my option so much better than a hotel, super clean throughout very comfy beds and a good size , towels provided which is great if you forget to pack your own.
