"A equipe foi muito prestativa, e não criaram obstáculo quando tivemos um problema e resolvemos cancelar a segunda diária. Mas acho que o hotel em si precisa de manutenção. O quarto, por exemplo, tinha muito cheiro de mofo, e na banheira o ralo não segurava a água. O café da manhã veio bem apresentado, mas era uma miséria de comida, e nem um suco você podia repetir. Pelo preço que pagamos, 3 vezes mais que outros hotéis em Kuta, fiquei muito decepcionada. Seria bom a equipe reavaliar seu preço...

"The hotel is amazing, I wish I had stayed for more nights. Waking up with the view of the rice terraces is lovely and peaceful. The staff was very friendly, they arranged pick up from the airport and put me in contact with a driver for private transportation during my stay. The rooms are clean and breakfast served at the room by request with no additional charge."

"The rooms are lovely… however, the curtains are paper thin and allow all the glaring garden lighting coming through curtains. The light into the room is unacceptable. It is an easy fix, but management didn’t bother talking to me. Instead it went through the front desk. Do your job management. You have a lovely hotel. Fix the lighting and curtains.."

"10/10 recommend! This was a beautiful stay. It was in the beautiful location in Sebatu which was quiet and peaceful. A great getaway from the busy Tegalalang but very close by to visit. If I ever come back to Bali (which I will), I'll be booking a stay here at Oka Suites. Friendly staff, clean property, large bathroom, beautiful scenery, and peaceful pool. If anyone is looking to seeing the infamous Tutu the dog, he lives around the neighbourhood too!"

There were several areas that felt worn, outdated, or in need of repair, particularly the bathrooms. Considering the price point, we felt the overall value did not fully meet our expectations. "This resort was one of, if not, the best resort I’ve been to. The people in Bali are friendly, but the staff at this resort went out of their way to make sure my stay was phenomenal. Nothing was too much bother for them. From initial greeting by the team at reception, to waves and personal greeting of ‘hello’ every time I passed the restaurant, to the housekeeping staff chatting to me at my villa when they came to clean.
