"This was our 4th stay in Sebatu; previously at an adjacent but now closed property. We chose Uma Kelod due to it's location, solid and modern appearance and great value tariff. The room was adequate, clean and well maintained. It had only basic facilities - a jug with basic coffee and tea, a regular TV, adequate AC (but no fans), and a small bar fridge. "Hidden, tropical beauty! Wonderful, brick and mortar, stand alone property off-the-beaten path. Completely quiet! Clean, lovely, compact pool with lounge chairs and bath towels. "The staff was very helpful, friendly and positive. During my stay I felt like I am home. I was served breakfast in the room every morning. I got everything I needed and I asked for. I rented a motorcycle from the resort. It was in a very good condition. The communication with the staff was very easy through whatsapp, my questions was responded within minutes and seconds. I was very happy to be there"
