"This was our 4th stay in Sebatu; previously at an adjacent but now closed property. We chose Uma Kelod due to it's location, solid and modern appearance and great value tariff. The room was adequate, clean and well maintained. It had only basic facilities - a jug with basic coffee and tea, a regular TV, adequate AC (but no fans), and a small bar fridge. Free WIFI is available and very good. The bathroom was well appointed, but our hot water service did not work for the first 7 days. The room was...

"The stay was quite okay: nice view on the fields in a remote location but room was rather primitive and you’re showering and toilet are outside. Also it was quite noisy so we could hear the neighbors and surroundings in the night. The checkin went smooth with someone who could talk properly English but our check-out was terrible…as i triple confirmed a taxi to be canceled and in the end it wasnt..while checking out the manager of the hotel called me on how to deal with this. Please double check...
