"The room was clean, and the staff was helpful -I know because I needed towels every day. No one every brought towels and I was there 3 nights. I had to ask every day, and after I did someone would bring them up while I was gone, but they never took the dirty ones away. So there were a lot of dirty wet towels under the sink when we left (2 people). Otherwise, the staff was very helpful, nice and the hotel is clean. I will probably stay again because they have no problem giving me towels. I think...

"When we first checked in we were sent to a room that had a terrible odor in it. My husband spoke with the desk clerk and he was very kind and immediately offered to move us across the hall. When entering the second room, it was such a pleasant smell. Very clean and nice room. He did take the time to walk into the first room as and he was certainly able to smell the odor. He apologized and said he would make a note of the odor. Im sure he turned in a work order for the first room. "

"Horrible hotel if you could afford 20 $30 more just go up the street to best Western. When I check in the front desk, Lady tells me that I am getting a new room and and that they are under remodeling. The parking outside is quite dark and backed up against a dark alleyway. "It was worth every penny"

"I travel with 8 we got 2 rooms at 8am I went for breakfast 3 of us out of the 8 there was food, however when we left it was very little I had told the lady at the front I was sending the rest of my party to eat and there was hardly anything to eat the lady said ok. When the other 4 went to eat there was 2 muffins no hash browns and a couple biscuits! Needless to say not enough food for them to eat! Very unsatisfying! "My room smelled like cigarette smoke, the bed spread had burnt holes in it, the towels were very dingy and there was mold in the tub and shower. The worst thing for me were the roaches. I was not impressed with this property to say the least."
