It should be advertised that they aren't included because once you have rented the room and find out these things aren't in existence, you feel that you have been ripped off."

"The hotel is very clean and the staff were nice. I really liked the water dispenser downstairs that had sparkling water and hot water options. The parking situation when you arrive is very confusing- there is no signage to direct you to park in their garage before you check in. There are two twin bed comforters on the queen bed which is very confusing and annoying. The tv kept turning on in my room on its own. When I complained to the staff, they sent someone in to fix it which didn’t work. In...
