Pontos negativos: Limpeza e condições e instalações da propriedade
Pluses:
-Owner/Manager was really good at replying back to messages leading up to our stay and while there.
-Bed linens and towels were clean (or at least appeared clean given the overall state of cleanliness of the apartment).
-Near bus stops and restaurants.
Minuses:
-Photos no longer really match what we encountered.
-Building owner has rat traps out with active rat tunnels at outside main entry way staircase and one of the large planters near the front door. Though never saw any rats in the apartment.
-Door handle latch was pushed into the door and inoperable with deadbolt body not really covering the hole in the door. Apartment building has key code access so limited to who can come in.
-Regarding the bathroom; The ceiling had discoloration or mold on it. The vent had a heavy layer of built up dust on it. The floor vinyl is peeling up along all edges with a heavy layer of dirt/dust in the space. Bathtub is in need of some maintenance with the cold handle spraying water when turned on and the hot handle not being secured to the value body.
-The living space needed cleaning with dust/dirt under the couch and along on the window/window frames, and blinds. The rug had previous guests hair all over it and hasn't appeared to be vacuumed in some time.
Given the price point, probably better to find another place to stay given the questionable cleanliness of the apartment, at least we did for our final night.
