Spectacular View: Waterfront Condo Near Pike Place

Top floor, south facing condo nestled in downtown Seattle across the street from magnificent Puget Sound. Wake up to the smell of seawater, just outside your front door with easy access to Pike Place Market, Seattle Aquarium and miles of waterfront to explore. Views of Mt. Rainier, Puget Sound waters and Seattle skyscrapers from both living room and bed room, with private patio overlooking the ships in Elliot Bay. This condo is close to many attractions and restaurants in downtown Seattle.

Water Landing Condominium is the only waterfront residential property in Seattle Downtown and is at center of tourist attractions. This 800 square-foot beautifully decorated condo is one of a few units that offer views facing both water and city. This property offers public space that includes a fitness center, a hot tub spa, a club room, a secure parking garage and a roof top deck with breath taking views of Puget Sound waters and Olympic mountain ranges. The private space of this condo includes features below:

Living Room: open and sunny, with large windows facing south and west. Equipped with heater, fireplace and air conditioner, this living space offers comfort in both winter and summer. Sitting in comfortable chairs by the large window, you can overlook the busiest tourist scene in Seattle with views near and far.

Bedroom: decorated with modern arts with comfortable queen size bed. The south facing window offers spectacular nightly view to city skyscrapers and waterfront. Extra pullout queen size Murphy cabinet bed in the Living Room offers comfortable sleep for additional two guests.

Kitchen: modern designed, with gas oven/stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, quartz countertops, designer backsplash and plenty of cookware and dishware to prepare meals for 6 people.

Bathroom: Quartz countertop with undermount sink, double shower heads. Shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap are provided.

Entertainment: 55” 4k UHD flat panel TV, free cable TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi are provided.

Outdoor: comfortable private patio, with small table & chairs, viewing the Water, Seattle Aquarium, The Ferris Wheel and Piers.

Laundry room: Full size front loading Washer & Dryer. Iron board and Vacuum Cleaner are stored in Laundry room.

Parking: one private parking space in the secure garage below the building is included in your rent.

Note on terms of the lease:

Water Landing Condominium HOA requires that each tenant has a rental lease and tenant background check on file. The background check is provided free of charge to tenant. The terms of lease are as follows:

1. Term: The term of this lease shall begin on the arrival date of: MM/DD/YYYY and end on the departure date of MM/DD/YYYY. The property, henceforth referred to as “Premises,” will be ready for occupancy no earlier than 4:00pm PST on the arrival date and must be vacated no later than 12:00pm PST on the departure date.

2. Location: The Seattle Waterfront Premises are located at 1900 Alaskan Way #xxx, Seattle, WA 98101.

3. Limited Occupancy: Occupancy is limited to a maximum 4 persons. The available beds are as follows: (1) Queue size bed in bed room (1) Queen size Murphy like bed in living room.

4. Security Deposit: $500 security deposit has been held by VBRO/HomeAway at the time of reservation. Provided that there is no damage to the Premises then there will not be a security deposit charge after departure of lessee. Should any damage occur during guest stay, host will file claims to security deposit through VBRO/HomeAway and guest is liable to damage that is determined to be caused by the guest.

5. Non-Disturbance Clause: Lessee, and guests of Lessee, shall not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the Premises for any unlawful purposes.

6. Care of Premises: Lessee will maintain the Premises in good order and appearance, to include keeping the Premises free of trash.

7. Access to Premises: Lessee may not let, sublet or assign this lease for all, or any part of, the Premises without prior consent of the Lessor.

8. Parking: Parking is limited to 1 car in space F-15 located in the underground parking garage. The Lessee’s car must be insured and the vehicle make, model and license plate number must be registered with Lessor/Front Desk prior to check in. Please note, when in and out of garage, all tenants must wait for the garage door behind them to fully close before driving away. HOA is strictly enforcing this security policy and the Lessor will be fined $200 for all violations by the Lessee. The $200 fine, if occurred due to Lessee’s fault, will be deducted from the security deposit.

9. Checking In and Out: Check-In is at 4:00pm PST and Check-out is at 12:00pm PST.

10. Occupancy: Lessee must be at least 25 years of age, and be present during the entire term of the lease. Occupancy is restricted to the number of occupants as stated on the front of this lease. Use and occupancy of the Premises by Lessee and any/all guests is subject to limitations detailed in the Waterfront Landings Rules & Regulations at all times. A physical copy of said rules will be given to each Lessee.

11. Clubhouse, Rooftop Deck, Fitness Area and Spa Area: Clubhouse, Rooftop Deck, Fitness and Spa areas are privileges available to the homeowners/Lessee. Lessee should respect and maintain cleanliness to all common areas.

This agreement constitutes a contract between the tenant and the owner of the subject property, through Seadek Villa LLC, the owner. Upon signed receipt of this agreement, it is understood that the above referenced unit (with the specified dates and rates) will be rented as a vacation rental to the tenant, under the terms and conditions of this contract. Lessor and Lessee, by signing this lease, agree that they will comply with the terms of this lease and each assume the responsibility for the obligations set forth herein

Our family had a wonderful stay. The condo is well appointed, clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. We were able to walk to many attractions. Paint and carpet could be updated, but did not affect our stay. We would definitely rent again!

Perfect Waterfront Location

The location is absolutely perfect. It's right on the waterfront with amazing views of the Great Wheel and the water, along with stunning city views as well!My wife and son (7) loved how quick and easy it was to walk up the stairs (right outside the condo) to Pike Place. The added benefit of having a parade run right in front of the house was a wonderful surprise! The check-in process is easy and the property owner was very responsive and accomodating!

Nice, clean place with a waterfront view to stay. Was super close to Pike Place Market, the Seattle Aquarium and across the street from Pier 62. Host was very accommodating, we returned from a cruise trip and stayed a few extra days in Seattle to sightsee and was able to store our luggage in the condo after disembarkation before check in time, which was very helpful.

Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location. The views from the apartment were stunning and look out over the sea and the promenade. The apartment had everything we needed - lots of attention to detail. The secure, underground car parking was a bonus. The location is perfect for the Aquarium, Pike Place Market, boat trips, the fun piers, restaurants & shops. Communication with the property manager were excellent. 35th anniversary getaway

Nice location though the picture on the listing is not the view you get. The place could use updating but all in all a nice place. We had trouble with the AC. Ran cool at night and hot during the day and there were no instructions for it. Also, it would be good to include instructions where things are in the complex such as hot tub and gym. Would stay here again though.

Iconic Seattle experience! The view and walkability of this place cannot be beat - truly as good (or better) than described! From morning coffee at historic Pike Place Market to waterfront dinners to legendary tourist experiences (The Big Wheel, Aquarium, sailboat tour, Ivar's, etc), everything is walkable! We even walked to the Space Needle/Chihuly Gardens on a gorgeous sunny day. Easy Uber to other neighborhoods. Easy-peasy check-in, great communication, clean and well-kept space, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, comfy bed with waterfront view that can't be beat. We had a wonderful stay and miss it already. Thank you!

Prime location, very comfortable

This apartment is literally across the street from the aquarium and an easy walk to Pike’s or a slightly longer walk to the Needle or Pioneer Square. The location was fantastic for my first visit to Seattle, the apartment was clean and well appointed, the bed comfortable, and excellent sound proofing. We also got to enjoy some beautiful weather on the balcony. Check in with the complex’ front desk was easy and the owner provided clear instructions on check in and out and also checked in with us (Vrbo message) to see if we needed anything our first day (appreciated!). I would recommend this place - great location, comfortable space, comes with parking, and had good sound proofing in the city!

This was the perfect location to experience Pike Place Market, the space needle, the spheres, and lots of wonderful food & drinks. Finding the front office was a little confusing and you don’t get keys to the hot tub without turning in your room keys but it all worked out. Would stay again.

Great space and central location!

This checked every box my family of 4 were looking for in visiting Seattle from Chicago for the first time. More space and flexibility than a hotel. Parking included. Walk to everything. We enjoyed the flexibility of picking up a few things at Target nearby for morning snacks, water, milk, juice and any other groceries for meals if we chose. We were able to enjoy walking to the Space Needle, Pikes Market and T-Mobile Park as well as everything in-between. The included parking allowed us to take day trips north to Vancouver, enjoy the ferry to Bainbridge and drive on the beach in Ocean City. Location is perfect for anything and everything Seattle related or otherwise. Just remember, this place is on the water front. Everything in town is UP.... Several flights of stairs or steep sidewalks. The host was responsive. They made checking out easy as well. Checking in or out you need to pickup and drop off keys to an office attendant. This is made tricky by the lack of parking up front. Just park curbside in the drive with your flashers on and walk to the building where the office is located and you'll be fine. Parking in the garage is tight. We had a Chevy Equinox. Anything bigger would be a bit of a squeeze but I saw full size suburbans down there. The place is clean and provides comfortable enough amenities. Small touches that could be addressed is cleaning up the grout and outlet in the bathroom. A table on the deck would be nice. Otherwise, great space.

Great Views! Great Location!

It was close enough for food, walks, shopping……Parking was easy. We didn’t have any issues. Space was great. Kitchen and bathroom had extra essentials just in case we forgot something. Washer and dryer was great addition. Had extra pull out bed when my husband started snoring! I would definitely do it again!

Amazing apartment in an excellent location!

My son and I stayed at this property to spend some time in Seattle and were able to stay at this lovely apartment. Right on the waterfront with beautiful views, a two-minute walk to Pike Place Market, and the piers (shops, restaurants, and the Seattle ferris wheel). Also a short walk to downtown and Belltown. The apartment was very comfortable and well-appointed. The owners are very communicative made the experience wonderful and the process very convenient. I strongly recommend this property!
