Owner lives upstairs. However, guests have full access to the entire basement, including all two bedrooms, living areas, the fully equipped kitchen, and the private patio. No shared space. Enjoy seamless self-check-in and make yourself at home with complete privacy and comfort during your stay.

* Noise Disclosure: The owner lives upstairs, so you may occasionally hear noise from above.
* Steps disclosure: The entrance is located at the back of the house, through the backyard. Please note that there is a slope in the backyard and 3 steps at entrance.
* AC Disclosure: No AC but fans are provided.
*.Backyard access is limited to the downstairs unit only. Upstairs guests do not have access. Much appreciated for the cooperation
* For the best experience and to help keep the hot tub in great condition, please remove makeup and rinse off any lotions or body oils before use — these can clog the pump.
* The sauna is a Korean style and the temperature can not reach 180F, it can go up to 120F maximum. We recommend staying inside as long as 30-40mins. max for safety concern.
* We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
