I was in business travel. It was very accommodating and provided a comfortable stay. Easy access and closely located to downtown access via uber/Lyft access. The service was polite, friendly and helpful.

The futon was covered in crumbs and trash, when we pulled it out it just flung all over us and the room (not trash from us). The door got jammed and we were trapped outside in the cold for probably 15 minutes, there was also someone inside trying to get the door open, so we know it wasn't just the keycard. When we tried to tell the person at the front desk, he kind of just stared at us with a blank face and hardly said anything. Then maybe five minutes later our friends called that they were finally able to get the door unjammed. The place was pretty nice with a full kitchen and upstairs, but the door and the futon kind of ruined some of it.

Everything was wonderful except the first person I interacted with. Her nonverbally waving me off while she did several different things on her phone gave me a very negative impression until she found someone on her phone to explain to me that the employee who could check me in was helping a special needs customer. Turns out lady number one spoke only Spanish, which I could have figured out sooner if she'd only talked to me! It would have been much better if she had tried to communicate verbally with me, made eye contact and been friendly, even if I didn't understand her, rather than keeping me waiting 5 minutes with zero info thinking this hotel staff puts a higher priority on its phone stuff than on people right in their lobby. But once the person who could check me in came, everything was great and the room was nicer than I had expected.

We never got maid service other than them taking out the trash and giving us new towels every 3 days. The breakfast was good. The last day we were there they had run out of many items. For the price you pay to stay here it could be better.

Needs some work, there was minimal hot water and my showers were cold in 5 minutes, we are past covid so the whole 3 to 7 day of stay room cleaning is now a way for the owner to pocket more cash, and healthy breakfeast options like pre cooked whole eggs and greek yoghurt were not stocked more then 1 of my 3 day stay. Wont be staying here again.

Although I was asked at check in if I wanted housekeeping they never did throughout my stay until I called the front desk a night before me checking out to please send someone to remove the trash and fresh towels otherwise I wouldn't have received any service

Didn't get room service yesterday even when the house keeper saw us leave for the day. Down stairs toilet did not flush. Cooking pans were small pan. And large one to boil some thing in hard to cook eggs and bacon tv kept freezing up. Said we could get on Netflix prime and showtime but wasn't able too. Staff was very helpful

We had a great stay for family trip. Great breakfast, brought clean linens to the door without asking. Enough parking, quite, and they had lots of friendly residents and lots of family pets were welcomes.

Don't get Misled by the "by Marriott" name.
Pathway to the room was through the parking with no sidewalk, so, on the street will no appropriate Illumination. A request was made for an accessible room, due to mobility issue, an even though it was an accessible shower (the only good about the room). It was really hard to get to the room, even harder with a suitcase, my cane and no help. The hotel hasn't had maintenance in a long time, there was no housekeeping for 2 nights and to top it all, forgot my mouse, call about the same day I checked out, and the only answer I got was: no, sorry.

As an older man with a heart condition, I was not able to manage the many stair steps to my initially assigned room, especially with heavy luggage. All it took was a call to the front desk and I was immediately re-assigned to a much more location AND the management sent two wonderful helpers to assist me relocate there! Surprisingly delightful and tasty, full hot breakfast awaited me each of the mornings of my stay. The location was very convenient and perfectly situated for the purpose of my trip. I would chose this place again on my next trip here and would recommend it to others

Stay upstairs!!
All aspects of the stay were very nice, with one exception. We were given a downstairs room; and although our upstairs neighbor was walking normally (no heavy footsteps, stomping or anything of that sort), we could hear every single sound he made...walking to the kitchen, walking to the bathroom, flushing the toilet...the floor between up and down is like cardboard, and made our sleeping experience less than ideal.
