You'll find a beautifully designed living and dining space with a sleeper sofa, a bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, and a den/office with two twin beds. The entire place can accommodate up to 4 people. The place has been thoroughly renovated to ensure comfort in every detail

Location

Our guest house is situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood within the award-winning Bellevue School District. It's less than a mile from Bellevue Community College & Transit Center and just minutes from Amazon, Microsoft, and T-Mobile. With quick and easy access to I-90/405, you're close to parks, Factoria Mall, shopping, and restaurants, and only 10 minutes to Downtown Bellevue and 20 minutes to downtown Seattle. Explore nearby Bellevue, Kirkland, and the greater Seattle area with ease.

Please note, our Guest Suite is located beneath our kitchen and living room. You will need to walk down the 10-plus stairs to the side of the house to access the basement. We want to be upfront and transparent about this to set accurate expectations. There is noise transfer between the upstairs and downstairs. Our weekdays start at 6:30/7:00 AM, and you may hear us walking in the kitchen if you're sensitive to noise. We are a family home with two kids and two cats who never enter the unit. Because this is a basement unit, there is potential for occasional noise. However, please be assured that we will do our best to minimize it during your stay.

We hope to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, ensuring you stay connected during your visit.

Each room has its own climate control, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your liking for maximum comfort.

The focal point of the space is an ideal setting for a couple's getaway. Cozy up by the fireplace, watch a movie, relax, or play games with family and friends. Enjoy entertainment with our Smart TV, creating an immersive and high-quality audio-video experience. The dining table can be converted into a pool table for year-round fun without leaving the house! We offer board games, Wi-Fi throughout, DVDs, puzzles, chess/checkers, and a Bluetooth speaker. There is also a well-equipped gourmet coffee station and wine bar for you to enjoy.

You may also enjoy all the amazing dining options in the area. Please note that there is no dishwasher available in the apartment.

Please feel free to use these amenities, but we kindly ask that you supervise any children and ensure they are used safely.
