This spacious townhouse is sure to have something for everyone in your group. The first floor offers a secluded bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, perfect for the quieter members of your group. The second floor features a large family area fully stocked with games and access to multiple streaming services. This floor also includes your expansive kitchen and a half bath. We had a great stay. The house suited our family of 4 well for a weekend away. I loved that I could walk out the door and hop on a trail for running. The rooftop deck view was beautiful. Grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

If only the pictures could show the real property. This home probably years ago was amazing but now there is an extreme lack of care when it comes to the cleanliness of the home. There was dust and dirt everywhere including pet hair and stained furniture. The beds were horrible including the pillows with cleaning rags and dish towels presented as bathroom linens. The only thing worth the price is the location as we literally asked to cancel our reservations within 3hrs of being on the property after throughly investigating the dirty mess and worn furniture. There are so many better options in the area than to waste your money here unless you are bringing your own cleaning crew and interior designer. The host will be responsive and refunded one night even though we were only in the property less than 12hrs but more importantly is if you have an experience like mine the host can decide what and how much money you get back even if you inform them right away. I would recommend alternative lodging so you donā€™t experience what I did.

This was a great place to stay for our family of 5 and 2 small dogs. The townhome was just as described, it was clean, well taken care of, and communication from Jonathan was excellent!

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed the house and location during an extended weekend stay. The house was very clean and the 3 levels allowed everyone to have their space. The location is perfect access to downtown seattle as well as SeaTac. The host had everything you needed and was extremely responsive. We hope to be back when it's warmer, but I recommend the home year-round. You will not be disappointed.

We had a great stay. There was a broken item when we arrived that was fixed immediately. Third bedroom not equivalent to other two. Would be good to show this in the photos.

Absolutely amazing location! Only downside for us is that there is limited space on the ground level so most will have to carry your suitcases up multiple staircases. Location was great, house was great and communication with the owner was great!

First time in Seattle. Wanted to sightsee. Perfect location and beautiful home. Loved the extras- beer, wine, snacks- nice touch! Only a few things Iā€™d add- dish towels and more comfortable seating on rooftop. Pet area on rooftop was super cute!

The place was just as advertised. Beautiful home with a rooftop deck including a fire pit and fantastic panoramic views of the water & mountains. Itā€™s a great neighborhood with a short walk to the beach and fantastic restaurant options within walking distance.

This place was clean and comfortable and had all the necessities. There were games, snacks, complimentary wine and streaming capabilities to name a few. The rooftop deck was simply a beautiful place to hang out and high quality linen in the main bedrooms was very comfy and promoted restful sleep. There are lots of stairs but that is well advertised in the listing. Close walking proximity to Alki beach and all the beach shops. A lovely get-away.

I rented this home for my out of town family to stay in and this was perfect. The home is light filled, clean and well located near Alki. We loved enjoying sunsets on the roof. The snacks, games, smart TV, and well-stocked kitchen were amazing bonuses. Jonathan was very easy to communicate with.

This place is AMAZING!!!!! My friend and I visited our daughters (and dogs) who live close to the property. We loved the house so much that it was hard to leave. Check in and communication was a breeze. We had to make a change in our reservation midway through and the owners were wonderfully accommodating. DEFINITELY stay here if you have the chance! Great little Italian restaurant just around the corner, beautiful views, showers AMAZING, 5 min walk to beach. Just 5 stars all around!

We loved the home and Alki beach! Stayed with a group of girlfriends for a getaway weekends and many of them said Alki was their favorite area of Seattle. Weā€™ve also stayed in many rentals and this was the most well stocked house w fun little extras like wine and snacks. Thank you!

My family and I absolutely enjoyed the place. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen items, pot and pans and basic cooking supplies. The house was bright and well decorated. We were anticipating issue with parking but to our surprise it was not hard to find street parking. The rooftop overlooking the beach was a nice touch. We really enjoyed everything here. Thank you!

This property is one of the most beautiful we've ever stayed in! It was gorgeous, sparkling clean, and so well appointed with every amenity you might need. The views from the roof are incredible and the location is perfect. We could walk to Alki for coffee in the morning and see the sparkle off the Olympics. Quiet street with little traffic made it extra relaxing. Would love to stay again on our next trip to Seattle! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. Host was responsive and attended to our needs promptly. We were having some work done on our home and had to be out earlier than originally planned. Jonathan was dynamic and worked with VRBO to adjust the reservation and us in two days earlier with very short notice. Home was as advertised, well put together, with a beautiful view. Overall the property was very nice. We had elderly parents with us and all the bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. Only 1 full bathroom on bedroom level the other full bathroom is on the entry level with kind of an awkward room that wasnā€™t really easy to use for anything. Also there is no easy parking. You arenā€™t allowed to park in the driveway. We had to park on the next block over and it was pouring rain the entire time. Overall I probably wouldnā€™t stay here again but the place is very nice overall. Perfect for a young active family.
